Unable to pull songs from Song Select

Can any one help. I keep getting an error occurred getting the results. when i try to retrieve songs from my Song Select Library. My license is up to date. but no matter what machine I use i get the same issue. Yes I can connect to the mobile version of Song Select. Attached are my logs.

First off, welcome to the forums!

I took a look at your logs (thank you!) and the error code in our logs is 'access denied'.

This can occur for a couple of reasons, we see many machines that have the wrong time and the SongSelect server wants a current time matching their servers. If your computer(s) have the correct time, you can try to unlink and re-link your Song Select account in the Link Accounts dialog.

Please post back if you are still unable to get song information from Song Select.

Thanks for submitting the log. Based the error it looks like your account does not have permission to use the SongSelect API. Not all SongSelect accounts have this feature, it's worth an inquiry with SongSelect support to find out what the limitations of your current account are.

Andrew, if you don't mind me asking, what was the resolution for your issue? I'm working on adding better error messages to Proclaim, hopefully helping people to be able to solve the problem immediately rather than relying on support. It would help me to know what the SongSelect error message meant for you exactly.
