When you purchase something it should show up as a form of payment. Be sure to change from your regular form of payment and use the credit first.

Are you trying it to use it at Vyrso? I don't think there's a way to use store credit at Vyrso. One time I returned a Vyrso book and got store credit but it came as Logos credit, which I used at the Logos store. Someone more knowledge will have to confirm if you can use store credit at the Vyrso store.

Yes it is the issue store credit can not be used at VYRSO store.
