Libronix 3 fails to install on Windows 7 64 bit

I downloaded the DLSetup file, run it as administrator, it goes through the install sequence, and actually puts some folders in my Program Files. but I get no icon in the Start menu. I can't find anything to click to start Libronix.
Any help?
Thanks!

I never get to any Step 2. How do I get there? DLSetup gives me a "Finish" button and I click it and that's just where everything stops.

Scott,
On the page to install Libronix 3.0g (http://www.logos.com/support/downloads/ldls/newuser), Step #1 that says:
"1. Download the Core Installer Click here: DLSSetup.exe (7.2 MB)."
When Step #1 completes, it will ask you to click on Finish. After you click Finish, right underneath that is:
"2. Complete or update the installation Click here: Libronix DLS 3.0g (generally between 25 and 150 MB)."
Clicking on "Libronix DLS 3.0g" will start the 2nd step of the installation and when you see the Libronix update window appear, make sure to scroll down to the Optional section, click on the arrow next to Optional choose "User Interface English (US) and then click Update.
Once the update has completed, Libronix should be installed on your computer.
