This is what I see when I look at gold. Is this for books only or books and features?

This would be books only. If you weren't a Logos Now member, it would also show you a cost for the feature set, making the cost of the full package a sum of the library cost plus the feature set cost. This is my understanding anyway. Look at the page in an incognito window so you can see other elements on the page not showing because you're signed in.

Yes, it's advantageous to purchase Logos 7 during the introductory period, as there are multiple discounts available.

Here's how the discounts work together.

Logos 7 Base Packages are made up of two parts

      • A Logos 7 Feature Set
      • A Logos 7 Library

Both the Feature Set and the Library may be purchased separately, but when you purchase them together in the same transaction, you get a better price on both parts, making the cost of a Base Package less than the sum of the cost of it's 2 parts. We anticipate making this offer available for some time.

During the the more limited time introductory period, users are saving 10% off of all Logos 7 SKUs, in addition to the discount described above. If you were to purchase a Logos 7 Library or Feature Set alone during this time, you would be able to take advantage of the 10% discount, but not the savings offered for purchasing the parts together.

This brings us to the benefits of Logos Now membership.  Logos Now members will receive the the discounts offered for purchasing the Logos 7 Library and Feature Sets together EVEN if they are purchasing them separately.  This makes a Logos Now membership very valuable for anyone who plans to purchase multiple libraries over time.

In addition, Logos Now members receive a better limited time introductory period discount.  Logos Now members discounts are 5% more.

So, here's how to purchase all the bits and pieces:

You can navigate to and purchase the feature sets alone from site search using the term Feature sets.

You can navigate to the base packages from the main menu View base packages link.

On a base package product page, you will encounter difference scenarios, depending on what you currently own:

      • If you don't own either part of a Logos 7 base package and you are not a Logos Now member
        • You will be shown a Logos 7 Library and a Logos 7 Feature set
        • Both will be added to cart and be dynamically priced
        • You can remove the feature set from your cart to buy the library alone
      • If you already own a Logos 7 base package (Bronze or higher)
        • You will be shown a dynamically priced Logos 7 Library
        • Only the library will be added to cart
      • If you are a Logos Now member
        • You will be shown a dynamically priced Logos 7 Library

    Hope this is helpful.

Where are the 10% discount and the Logos Now 5% discount taken? In the cart? Already baked in? When I add a base package to the cart, it does not display any kind of discount. Is there a coupon code we need to use?

The 10% and 15% discounts are calculated and applied at an order line level.  They are combined with the discounts you get for purchasing the two parts of a base package together, if applicable.  You can see them in the cart at the order line level, identified with descriptors like "Special Logos 7 Savings"

I'm not seeing any of those, but I am in the academic discount program. That said, Phil posted something a few days ago in the forums saying that those in the academic discount program are also eligible for the discounts for Logos Now membership, etc. It is not listed in the cart.

In fact, the price for the package I am looking at is almost $200 more by being in the academic program that if I was not (take the current base package discount plus LN discount minus dynamic pricing). Something is not right in the calculations.

From what I can see it looks to be baked in already; hover over the small i next to the "Dynamic sale price" and you'll see the value of the Special Logos 7 Savings For Logos Now members.

Right. I'm not seeing that Logos Now member discount.

If this is the case, I would like to know soon so that I can be refunded for my recent purchase. Something isnt displaying correctly for those of use with academic discounts.

Just to give others an insight into possible discount levels. With the "Special Logos 7 savings", I see a 19% discount on Collectors, and a 32.5% discount on the Feature Set, when purchased together. With the "Special Logos 7 savings for Logos Now Members", I see a 23.5% discount on Collectors, and a 36.25% discount on the Feature Set regardless of whether they're purchased together.

Does anyone understand how these bundles work?  For example, I'm looking at the Standard Silver package at moment.  Towards the bottom under 21st Century Theology it mentions a Fortress Press Collection of 27 volumes but then next to it in the price column it says "Only some resources from this collection are included."  Why list the collection if you aren't going to include everything in it?  Why not just list what you are giving?

I'm seeing the same thing (except when I'm logged in because it wants to automatically apply an academic discount which is less than the current discount levels you mention). Is there a way to temporarily disengage the academic discount for the purposes of this transaction only?

It's not an ideal way of advertising, at least not from the customer's point of view. I purchased the Gold package expecting that Longenecker's NIGTC Romans commentary would be included in the 13 Volume NIGTC pack featured at the top of the page. It was only after I purchased the library and noticed that it wasn't among my downloaded resources that I took a closer look at "the small print" and saw that the 13 volume set advertised at the top of the page is actually a 12 volume set (and I had all those ones already). Perhaps it is my fault for having such techno-joy and biblio-euophoria that I didn't read the (long) list of individual resources carefully enough. That said, I would have purchased the same base package nonetheless even if I had known NIGTC Romans wasn't included. I just love Logos. :-)

I agree, it's misleading. Also, you used to be able to hover over the title of the resource and an info page would pop up (with description of the book , the author etc), but that is not available this time around and I miss it.

It's supposed to be there, but it's down at the moment.

I'm definitely curious as to what the lexham geographical survey/commentary is all about but I couldn't find it in the catalogue

Has the recorded version from the live event been posted yet?  Any idea where I can find it?
