Blank screen when projecting to second screen

I need some help figuring this one out. All of my connections are good and I can drag other programs over to the second screen (including the Proclaim app) but when I go to On Air I just get a blank screen. Does anyone have any idea of what is happening? Thanks

I have a HDMI converter to VGA connection. It works fine with powerpoint so I don't think its causing my problem. I'm not sure though Thanks

Did you get this figured out? I have a Windows 10 laptop with both VGA and HDMI out and I've only been using the VGA out, which has worked fine for me. I recently was testing with both the VGA and HDMI out and the HDMI is blank as well for me too. Even though I see on the task bar on the bottom of the screen where the application and slides are open/running. Any suggestions?

I ended up having to get a different converter to convert the vga to HDMI it's basically an external video card
