I don't find the Hebrew Manuscript Explorer interactive in the Logos Now documentation.

Also, is Logos 7 Now Training Manual going to be a separate purchase?

I don't find the Hebrew Manuscript Explorer interactive in the Logos Now documentation.

We checked with MP Seminars. They are working on adding this article to the Logos Now Training Manual, but it may be several weeks before you see that appear in the software. 

Also, is Logos 7 Now Training Manual going to be a separate purchase?

Yes. From the product description:
shortly after each release of Logos Now 6, this digital manual will automatically be updated ... The automatic updates of this manual will continue until the next major version of Logos officially releases.
