I felt the same way at first, but now that the website is working - I am fairly surprised how well everything is organized. If you're able to read through a technical commentary, you should be able to work your way through FL's product menu.
It's certainly complicated, but at least there are lots of people on the forums (FL employees and volunteers) who are able and happy to help with questions!
