Just upgraded to Logos 7 gold. When I tried to use the sermon editor I cannot find it under documents. Is there a problem with my purchase? update? Am I missing something?

Hi Jeremy,
First, you'll want to confirm that you don't have sermons under your Documents tab (I know you listed this in your question, but I'm trying to cover the bases.)
If you do not have this, I recommend checking your software version:
If you're not on version 7, you'll want to use the Update now command:
Once you've done this, close and restart your software.
Additionally, you can always check your orders by visiting order history in your account: https://www.logos.com/account/orders/history
Once you make sure everything is tied to your account and that you are logged into the software with that account, I would call customer service.

From your account, it looks like you purchased the Logos 7 Gold Library, but no feature set.

If you want all the features, and any future tools, sing up for Logos now instead of buying the features. its only about $100 a year.
