About to be charged for Pre-Pub included in Base Package
I received an email just now informing me that I was about to be chrged for a prepublication (Pontifical Council for Culture Collection (4 vols.)). This is included in a Verbum package that I own.
I had assumed that these prepubs would all be deleted from our accounts as happened with at least Logos 6.

You won't be charged ... what they do is that the processing of the orders at the time of release recognizes that you have is an drops the order,

I definitely won't be charged as I deleted it.
But, if I remember correctly, they adjusted all of our accounts last time.
It is very poor form to send out an email saying that our credit cards are about to be charged if this is not the case.
