Note Editor – Page Up and Page Down Keys Do Not Work

Logos 7 Note Editor does not allow me to use the Page Up and Page Down keys. The others up and down movement keys like the Up↑, Down↓, Ctrl-Home and Ctrl-End keys work just fine. Is everyone encountering same problem as me?

(I am using a PC with Windows 10)
