Cant Add a Countdown Timer

I guess Im missing something simple but I want to add a 5:00minute timer to countdown the service start automatically. Ive added a content slide to the warmup section but when I check "show a countdown clock" I don't get any of the option fields to enter a time or duration....what am I doing wrong?

FYI this Sunday we are meeting under the new name Kings Arms Community Church for the first time and we have historically started later and later - starting on time is one of our objectives to honour the Lord...

Walter, the countdown clock will use the time that you specified the service to start. You can find out how to set that here: support.proclaimonline.com/hc/articles/206210906.

Hi Thanks for that. I understand it a little better now but i still only find that with that technique you get a small timer in the bottom corner. I was after a big clock in the centre of the slide. I have found a video that does the trick but it would be nice to be able to create our own backgrounds and have the tier over them.

Actually, that's a great idea to have a customizable countdown clock! For the time being, you can find an abundance of similar videos in the media browser by searching for the string "countdown". Hope this helps!
