OSB white screen of death happening repeatedly

We got the dreaded white screen of death during the OSB launch 4 times during our service today plus 2 times during rehearsal. In the past when it has happened - and it has been more irregular lately - we typically only have it happen once.

If I knew exactly what triggers it, I'd let you know. However, I did notice today that there seems to be a slight change in what happens. OSB skips the splash screen with the book of the Bible when it happens, going straight to the Bible scroll, followed by the all white screen. (In the past, we'd get the splash screen.)

We're running the Windows 10, v1607 build 14393.105 and Proclaim 1.35.0.148.

This bug has been around a very long time and is really getting tiresome. I'm hopeful a fix is found soon!

Thanks again for the report, Tim. We've managed to reproduce the issue successfully but I can't give you a definite date on the fix, or if there's a workaround.

Do you always use the same OSB style, or have you had this problem with all of them?

Peter - we use NRSV almost exclusively, and I have only seen that bug with that particular style (but I'm pretty sure in more than one color.) We first experienced this just short of a year ago, and it has continued to pop up every few weeks since then. Thanks for the update!
