Can't Customize Credits on Lyric Slides

Hey everyone!
I am having trouble customizing credit boxes on song slides. I'm able to hi-light the box, but can't change or manipulate any of the text in the box and most importantly can not move the box around on the last lyric slide. Anyone else having this issue and found a solution? Seems to be a problem since the latest upgrade and it's not on every song slide either...just some of them. Thanks all!!!

Hi, Erica! The credits field is automatically populated with the song info you provide in the boxes directly below the lyrics:
We discovered a bug that causes this field to be tough to click if you're using a smaller display. We're planning to ship a fix for this in the future. In the meantime, you should be able to move it if you expand the righthand pane (the slide previews), then move the text field.
I'll update this thread when we've shipped a full fix; sorry about the inconvenience.

is it possible to customize the format of the credits of songs? if yes, how?

If you want to change the order of the words in the credits, we automatically generate the credits in the following order: Title, Attribution, Copyright, and CCLI number. You'll need to enter your information in the appropriate box, depending on the order you want it.
If you just want to change the format and styling of the text, you can do that like any text box, just click the text box and start making changes.

How do we put a line break after each part? Usually it's one continuous line and just breaks when it reaches the boundary of the text box. We wanted it so that the title would be one line, then the attribution would be one line and the CCLI would be the last line.

I can't really edit the format of the credits. For example in this situation the title of the song is "For Your Purpose by Victory Worship". The attribution is "Words and Music by Lee Simon Brown, Sarah Bulahan, Erika Murrell and Jose Villanueva III" and the Copyright is "CCLI #7102446 © 2017 Victory."Instead I get one line of text that just breaks because of the text wrapping of the text box. This makes it difficult to know which part is which. I want it to look like this:
so that it's clear what each part is. The title is in the first line. the attribution is the second line (sometimes it flows over to the third when there are too many composers, but that's ok) and the copyright is the 3rd (or sometimes the 4th line). Is there any way to edit it so that it would look like this, without adding a text box for each song and making sure that the proper layout is followed?
PS: I was able to edit it that way by hiding the credit and just inserting a text box with my desired layout.

Thanks for following up.
There's not a way to do what you want right now, aside from making new text boxes for each field. We think you should be able to, though, and we've got a case open to look at options going forward.
You might experiment with adding different characters (, asterisks, endashes, etc,) at the end of the values you want to help separate them out.0
