Problem going from warm-up to service content

For our warm-up, we usually use a 5 minute countdown video and then the first slide for the actual service would be the first song slide. My problem comes when the countdown video ends, the first song slide automatically pops up live on the projector. I don't want this to happen. Ideally, the countdown would end, fade to black, and nothing would come up on the projector until we are ready to sing. Usually the pastor comes up and greets everyone to start the service and I do not want the first song slide to pop up when he gets up to speak. Is this a bug? If not, is there a way to turn off that feature?

Consider a blank black Content service item as the first item in your service section. Then the countdown will automatically transition to the black screen and you can navigate to the next song item manually when ready.
