Hello Proclaim Folks!
For about two weeks, on both my church network and my home network, attempting with both my mac running Proclaim and my Windows machine running proclaim, utilizing both my old Android tablet and my new Android tablet; I have not with any of those combinations been able to run Local with the Remote.
Every time, right after I click "Control" for a presentation that's On-Air, I am presented with the message: "Couldn't connect to the presentation - check your network connection."
Given the combinations that I've tried, I can't seem to isolate a particular machine or operating system (other than Android). Is there a recent bug which would be causing this?
Of course turning Local Wi-Fi off allows me to run control the presentations successfully. But I'd really like to escape somehow from the blackout.
