Issue with Proclaim on alternate computer

I can see the current slide show on my home computer; however, when I get to church and login the slide show for the present week is not there, and the system is Sync'd.  When I asked our choir director to login this week, he encountered the same problem.  When the Pastor logged in, all of a sudden the slide presentation was there!!!  Is this a known issue? If so is there a fix?

Note: I did not install Proclaim on the new church computer, but have been told that the person who did had to call for assistance and had to download a "patch" to help install Proclaim.

This sounds like a Windows set up?

Perhaps telling us which Operating Systems are involved might help.

It sounds like the Pastor has the right password and there may be more than one account in play here?
