Blank Proclaim Screen MAC OS 10.11.5 - El Capitan

Hi, 

I use Proclaim on a PC & on newer Mac's but cannot get it to open on my MAC running 10.11.5 El Capitan.  I get a blank screen and no option to do anything.  I have attempted to attach the log files and a screen shot of the blank opening screen.

Please help!

I haven't looked at the logs yet, but I have heard of the app opening to a blank screen on first run. Try resizing the app. That usually works.
