I've tried on FireFox, Safari, and Edge with no success.

I only saw one video on https://startnextnow.com/ and it played fine for me in my Chrome browser.

If you are talking about another interactive that is somehow linked to the resource itself, I can't help because I do not have the book (sorry Bob[:O]).

When StartNextNow is purchased, download links are given that includes an interactive web page.
It is this [purchased] interactive web page to which I refer, which, (once purchased) I am not able to get the videos to activate.
BTW: I do highly recommend this resource (even without the so-far-not-functioning videos).
$2.99 for the ebook only (.epub AND .mobi - can be read on Kindle), IMHO, was very well spent! It's an easy read, can be read in a few hours.

As far as I know, there isn't a "Vyrso support" contact. He could try calling FL's customer support... but he <should> be able to get an answer from the Vyrso team in this forum... emphasis on the "should." [;)]

The customer service number listed is the "local" one for Logos/Faithlife in general. If he is not on a cell phone, the 800# (800-875-6467) would be better. As for the email address... you should know that email is the WORST way to get help at FL... unless you have someone's specific contact info.
In any case he <should> be able to get a response here. Unfortunately things have diminished greatly with Vyrso CS.
