About my Essential IVP Reference Collection

Can anyone help me ???

I just bought a software "Essential IVP reference collection" from Amazon.

However, I already cannot install the software since the Logos 3 is very old and cannot support windows 10.

How can I do now ? I bought it thousand more dollars. I have invoice to prove it.

And also I have the product code on the disc is new.

But now my software cannot install.

I have send emal to logos customer support, and he gave me some suggestion.

Then I choose option 2, that is install the Logos 6.

After I install the Logos 6, then now how can I input or transfer the books from my installation CD?

If anyone can help ?

My understanding is that you can call customer service and they can unlock the collection for you. It will then automatically download the books when you next log in to Logos 6.

Please sign in to logos.com with the same account used for Logos 6 installation followed by using => https://www.logos.com/redeem to redeem your product key and associate Essential IVP Reference Collection license with your account. After product key has been redeemed, then update resources command can be used in Logos 6 to download and index Essential IVP Reference Collection.
