I add a background on my office computer, and often when I pull it up on the presentation computer, I see a white screen. I run back to my office to discover it never uploaded. Synchronize button is steady (or sometimes spinning). I click on it, and it shows "Uploading ______ 0%" (or it gets some progress and then fails). I retry, retry, retry, and sometimes it eventually goes through. Today I have one that just will not sync/upload!! It has been happening for months. Very frustrating. Attached should be log files if that helps.
