Here are files you asked for because proclaim keeps rebooting and freezing up. It has been going on for a week and a half. It takes an hoer to load an once I get it loaded an try to put a background whether still or video on a song it takes 20 minutes to load them all to be able to choose one and then it won't load onto the song.

Thanks for submitting these logs. I'm seeing that Proclaim is extremely slow, even during the initial startup. If we haven't asked already, please ensure Windows Update is all up to date. Are other applications on this computer sluggish? Curious what other processes are running in the background... I recommend calling customer service. They can connect to your computer remotely and see if another application is potentially causing issues.
