Scrolling Stuttering, iPad Pro 9.7

I'm running v. 5.6.2 of the Bible! app on my iPad Pro 9.7 (running iOS 10.0.2).
In scrolling view there is a delay when scrolling vertically. If I scroll and swipe again while the screen is in motion, there is no lag. If the scrolling stops and I swipe, there is a 1+ second delay before the screen scrolls.
On my iPhone 7 running the same versions of the Bible! app and iOS, there is no stuttering.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. What resource are you using, is your device in landscape or portrait mode, does the resource have lots of notes/highlights, what font size are you using, etc? Please see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/118697.aspx .
