Backgrounds won't sync or load

I have Proclaim installed on 3 macbooks and it is working fine on 2, but the third won't load certain backgrounds, and the slides just have a proclaim logo in the background.

The backgrounds show in the media browser, but won't load onto the slides.

Any help please, I need to use this computer for a presentation on Sunday.

Hello Laura,

I apologize for the trouble with Proclaim lately.

The images you provided for some reason are seemingly broken images.

We're going to need logs from the machine causing trouble understand and figure out the problem.

Thank you very much for the logs. Seems like the images you're trying to sync/load may be corrupt. Could you please send us a copy of the files so we can check them out on our end?

You could send us this one: file:///Users/ldrake/Library/Application Support/Proclaim/MediaCache/3e2f1cda-7206-4572-b53b-74ce7ffc80f0.jpg

Once you sent us a copy of the file please delete the Media Cache Folder and restart Proclaim.

Let us know how it works out once you deleted the Media Cache Folder.

I looked in the media cache folder and that image and others were corrupted in that particular folder. I deleted the media cache folder and restarted. Everything seems to be working now. For some reason the photos were corrupted when they downloaded the first time. Thanks!
