I'm playing with Proclaim this week as I consider moving over from ProPresenter. I keep getting crashed when trying to apply formatting to slides. I've included my logs.
Hi Jeremy, thanks for trying Proclaim, but sorry for the crashing. This is an issue that has cropped up recently, but has only affected a number of users, making it a hard issue for us to debug.
We will be shipping a new update to our website today that will contain a possible fix, it would be great if you could download that for us and let us know if it fixes this issue for you?
I will reply here once it is available. Also, it won’t popup as a normal update, but instead will require you to re-download the app from our site.
Jeremy, we believe we've found the cause of this crash and shipped the fix for it. Please follow these steps to resolve:
* Download the latest update from proclaimonline.com/download and install it.
* Once you're signed into Proclaim, allow the program to fully finish syncing (as indicated by the icon in the top right corner of the screen), then close and reopen it.
If you're still having issues crashing, please let us know and we'll investigate further.
