Trouble Uploading MP4

I created an MP4 announcement in Windows Move Maker.  It is 8.7 MB and it not uploading to my group when I attempt to import the file.  Since it is not uploading to my group, I am unable to add it to the new "video" item I created in my presentation for this Sunday.  What am I doing wrong?  Any help is appreciated!

    Hi, Eric. We've had a look at your log files and are investigating why your video isn't uploading. Are you using any anti-virus or firewall software?

    I've allowed the Proclaim program through my Windows firewall, run all my updates, and am using AVG. Since I typed those words I just shut down AVG for 10 minutes and the video uploaded just fine. Looks like I'll have to tinker with AVG settings. Let anyone else with this issue know AVG might be the culprit.
