4.0b RC-2: First-time indexing?

I just "upgraded" from 4.0a to 4.0b RC-2. It is now doing a "first-time indexing". Is that normal? I just rebuilt my 4.0a index yesterday.

There's a new Bible index to be built

4.0b has two indexes and the Bible Index has been built to optimise bible searches - about 800 MB to 1 GB depending on your bible count.
