4.0b RC2 Crashed, Fresh Installation in Parallels 5 (new VM)

Hi 

I followed the link that Melissa provide for fresh install of RC2 in another thread.

Basic installation goes through find, and the download screen appears for downloading 15+GB.  After downloading about 6GB it crashed. With the following Logos4IndexerCrash

6862.Logos4IndexerCrash.txt

I have turn off 3D etc ... suggested in other posts here.
