What happened to the Sarah Young pre-orders?
I pre-ordered 2 Vyrso ebooks (for $0) that were scheduled to release yesterday. They are released in Vyrso, but the pre-order states that they have not been released. I cannot add them to my cart (says that I already own them). I'm thinking that something went wrong with the Vyrso pre-order process. Any thoughts?

Can you confirm that they haven't downloaded to your software?

They are not on the Android app.

Did you check L6 or L7? If it is there but not on your mobile device, please create a thread in the Android forum. If they aren't showing on desktop, then there might be an issue with the resource being pushed. NOTE: resources sometimes come to mobile a day or two after release.

Nothing in my library for this or for The Book Of Mysteries which was scheduled to ship 10/21

Nope, they are not there. Also, clicking on the link on the order/pre-order page on the Logos site returns a not found page.
I'm using 7.2 Beta 3 on Windows 7 64bit although I do not think this issue is due to the software or my system.

Same problem here. Not available on phone, PC or Biblia.

On the product page it says I already own the books:
Same problem on the account that I created for my daughter.

Sounds like it might be something on the back end. I'm looking into it. I'll let you know when I have an answer.

Mine is showing on my phone now but still shows as unshipped in my orders. I also have two other books from Vyrso that should have shipped last week but still nada

it seems all 3 just shipped so thank you. One issue though. The MacArthur book shipped without a table of contents. Can that be fixed?

I should also note that in end times prophecy and every prophecy about Jesus, both by walvoord, are also missing TOCs

The TOCs can be fixed Mattillo
I ordered a book by Derek Prince, and it did not have a TOC; but VYRSO fixed it for me within a matter of hours!

Good to know but I've been waiting quite a while for the walvoord books to be fixed to no avail. I returned the MacArthur book but I'm still hoping for them to fix the walvoord books mentioned earlier
