Having problems with Proclaim...this past Sunday it closed 3 times during warm-up and worship. We have in-installed and re-installed, but that has fixed nothing. Please advise as to what the fix is. Thanks!5584.Proclaim Log Files.zip
Hi, New Beginnings, and sorry that you're having issues with Proclaim. I'm not seeing a crash in the log files you submitted -- sometimes we don't catch the crash itself in the log files. Could you please provide us with your Windows Event Viewer logs for Proclaim? They should be able to provide us more insight into why you're crashing.

The crash is related to a background update check that happens 60 minutes after the application was started. We can be more defensive and prevent the crash in a future update, but in the meantime I believe you could resolve this by performing a clean install.
If you run Proclaim for 61 minutes and don't receive the crash you'll know it worked. We'll get a fix for this out early next week so you can look for that update as well. Sorry for the inconvenience, this is the first report we've had of this issue.
