Proclaim Issues on Windows 7

Good morning, friends!

I just wanted to forward our logs to you. We use Proclaim not only in worship at our main campus, but also for Children's Ministry at both campuses. While we've had success using Mac Minis and Windows 10 laptops, our Windows 7 laptop (purchased new back in January) has been choking a bit from time to time.

It sets up just fine, but then things often freeze when it's time for ministry to begin. Often needing a reboot.

Do our logs show anything peculiar for us to be aware of?

Thanks for the dxdiag. It looks like your system is using an onboard Intel HD graphics card, with which there are a few known issues. The most commonly reported problem is that videos won't play or freeze partway through. I've managed to reproduce this, as well as some other issues in-house with an Intel HD card, which leads me to believe this may be the problem.

This graphics card tends to struggle most with videos. If you're having issues presenting, I'd recommend testing your presentations without any motions or videos in them to see if it works better. You can also check off the steps in this article to better performance as well.
