iPad app issues
I have recently developed two problems using the Logos iPad app. First, on the iPad where Logos has been installed for quite some time, I can no longer download a book. I have checked and my iPad has more than enough space to do this.
The second problem is adding Logos to a new iPad. I can get the app downloaded but the log in will not work. I've reset my password and know that's not the problem because I can sign in online to the software on my PC. Again, this is not a lack of space problem on the iPad. I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled several times. I also try to download just the free resources but that effort stalls out at about 97%.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Can you open a book from your library or doesn't that work either?
Is the problem with all books or a specific one?
Which version of which Logos app are you using?
Which iPad and which version of iOS?

Again which app - and do you get different results if you try a different Logos app?

I don't understand this as - in general - the free resources can't be downloaded but just accessed online. Please clarify this further

Graham is correct, free resources bundled with the apps cannot generally be downloaded although there are one or two exceptions (the ASV, for example).
