Trouble making purchase
Is anyone else having trouble making an online purchase?
For a week now after I press the Place Your Order button, I get an alert message saying
"There is a problem in our checkout system. We are working to fix it now."
I have made dozens of purchases in the past.
Hoping someone can help me. Thanks. Karen

Karen, Two questions. What resources do you have in your shopping cart and what country do you reside.
Whenever this problem has occurred it is because the user has been trying to purchase a resource for which Logos is not license to sell to them in their country.

I'm in Australia and just purchasing novels from Vyrso.

It might help to know which specific book you are trying to purchase. Do you have just one in your cart? If so, try one at a time. DOC is right that a common cause of this is license restrictions (Vyrso/FL isn't able to sell some books to customers in some countries).
