Can't upload audio

Hi,

After this morning's service we were uploading the word as usual but it's stuck on 'processing audio'. The audio files upload 100% then it reports 'Processing audio' and nothing else happens.

Computer did do a large Windows 10 update immediately before the service and we have rebooted a couple of times but still have this issue.

Any thoughts on what to do next?

It has just come to my attention that there is a backup in processing jobs like sermon audio uploads. I believe this explains the behavior you're seeing and we're actively working towards resolving this issue. Thanks for your patience, I'll post back when the issue is resolved.
