error when importing from PowerPoint

Hey,

Just getting an error when we try and upload a PowerPoint presentation. This happens regardless of whether you select 'upload and sync to my group' or 'local to this computer only'.

It is happening on at least three different PC's.

Hi, Tim, thanks for your post. We use a third-party converted that sometimes fails on certain documents. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround. You can read about it here.
