Countdown timer values

I'm very new to Proclaim and have not figured out how the "Show a countdown clock" option works for a content item.

If it's in the body of a service, the option is "Show a 12:00 AM countdown clock"

If it's in the pre-service loop or warm-up section, the time value option vanishes and defaults to some very short value like 11 seconds.

How can a realistic value be set in the warm-up?

Hi Rick - the countdown clock that is provided for content screens is a little unimaginative but at least it doesn't encroach on the 'Content' too much.

As far as I know the time for the countdown clock in the 'Warm up' section is the sum of the times set for the individual items in the warm up.

The countdown is not really appropriate for the 'Pre-service' loop as this is designed to be a revolving show for notices etc that will repeat until such time as the 'Warm-u[' (once through) section begins.

Hi, Rick, and welcome to Proclaim! Checking the "Show countdown clock" box will count down to the time your service starts in the warm-up or pre-service loop sections. It's possible to change the size/location of the countdown on the main slides display also.
