logos bible software has stopped working

i have recently downloaded logos bible software to the church computer, everything seemed to go well. now every time that i try to start up logos i get a message logos bible software has stopped working, i have cut of all security (trend mirco, and all fire walls) and tried to start up and i keep getting the same message. if anyone has the answer to my problem please help.

Kevin, there is nothing helpful to me in that log. Is there a crash or error log? If so, please upload those.

i was using my personal computer and the same thing happened to it, trend micro informed me that logos was trying to use my protected files which logos is in, so it took me through a series of windows to allow logos to use the protected files and that fixed it on my personal computer.

Hopefully those same steps will work at church. The error log shows no recent errors.
