Tagging Multiple Resources

I have added nearly 200 resources into a collection, for the purpose of creating an extensive bibliography. Is it possible, from within collections, to add a tag to each resource? I can do it in the Library tab, but my filter gives me quite a few books I did not want to included in my collection/bibliography.

You can't do it within a Collection. You filter Library by using the collection name in the drop-down under "All Resources"!
