Using lg Stylo sv835
I was unable to sign on to logos, I reset the phone. Now I can not open resource offline. I have installed and reinstalled to MO avail. I still can not open off/online.
Android 6.0
What is the fix?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
This post will probably get moved to the Android forum where more people qualified to help will be able to comment.
And I would advise removing the email details - they can be picked up by spam engines.

Are you sure that the resources are downloaded to your device?
Resources that appear in the library when you are online are *not* downloaded. For each resource you want to download you first have to tap on the blue circular "i" icon and then tap Download.
Yes , can sign in and can see my books, when I chose a book I get the "msg Could not open offline resource". My pc works fine. I have already done the whole uninstall reinstall process.

Yes I have always had access to my books offline.
I will chk permissions, don't understand how much info do u want? Confused.
