Can't open books

Using lg Stylo sv835
I was unable to sign on to logos, I reset the phone. Now I can not open resource offline. I have installed and reinstalled to MO avail. I still can not open off/online.

What is the fix?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
This post will probably get moved to the Android forum where more people qualified to help will be able to comment.
And I would advise removing the email details - they can be picked up by spam engines.

Are you sure that the resources are downloaded to your device?
Resources that appear in the library when you are online are *not* downloaded. For each resource you want to download you first have to tap on the blue circular "i" icon and then tap Download.

Yes , can sign in and can see my books, when I chose a book I get the "msg Could not open offline resource". My pc works fine. I have already done the whole uninstall reinstall process.

When did this issue start - is this a new device? Were your books available offline with a previous version of our Bible app?

hello, this started a week ago, before then all was fine. before I could not login offline, I reset my phone and tablet to factory settingAnd both wont give me offline access anymore.
does anyone have any suggestions other uninstall/reinstall.

Did you check storage permissions as per Kevin's suggestion? Resetting the device could have affected that

The reason we need more information is to help us discover why the issue is happening to you and nobody else. We're not sure if this is a software bug, an Android configuration issue, user error, or something else.

After a fresh (new) install of Logos software, the device must be online for login (or sign in) to work. This is true for both Logos Desktop and Mobile apps.
The sign in process needs internet access so Faithlife servers can check whether your account is valid and (if it is) the servers will save information to your device so you won't have to sign in again.
After signing in the first time (after a new install), you can then download purchased books to your Android device while you are still online. When you are done downloading the books you want to read you can go offline again. You won't need to sign in again, unless you delete the Logos app or reset your phone or tablet.

I reset phone and tablet, reintalled app. Books are visible but cant access them. I get cant access offline resources.
I give up. I give up , Im going to go use olive tree app.

We're sorry to see you go.
We've asked for more information including screenshots but it's hard for us to help you without knowing more information. Possibly part of the problem is you are using multiple accounts, just like here in the forums where you have two accounts - the app needs to use the same account you use for app purchases.
