David, thanks for sending the logs. We just released an update today that requires you update to a more recent version of Proclaim. We tried to reach out personally to all people that were identified as running old clients. My apologies if we missed you. Please update when prompted at startup or you can grab the latest version manually at https://proclaimonline.com/download

I have upgraded on my Surface Pro 2 and opened and closed Proclaim twice. The syncing process seemed very slow - and after it was finished, still no improvement with the missing images.

The images that failed to sync in previous presentations will not be fixed by the latest update. However, this issue should no longer happen with new uploads. Please let us know if it does and sorry for the inconvenience.
