Problem with display powerpoint slides in Proclaim 2

Hi,
I encountered display problem with powerpoint slides. The output display is blank when the slide is from powerpoint. Proclaim 2 complained that there is "an error occurred while attempting to display powerpoint in proclaim" and then clashed. Attached is the log file. Thanks for your help

By the way, on another machine, I am able to display powerpoint slides but Proclaim 2 does not show animation for slides with animation. Thanks.

Thanks for your report, Caleb. Could you please post the PowerPoint file to which you were trying to transfer control? That will give us a great firsthand way to reproduce and fix this.

Hi Peter,
The sample is attached with this post. I tested Proclaim 2 on four Windows 10 machines. Only one of them work fine. On two machines, display for powerpoint slide is blank. The problem seems to be that powerpoint is not started in the background. On one machine, I can see the powerpoint slides but slides with animation does not show animation. We need to have these problems resolved as we need to have powerpoint support in order for us to migrate to Proclaim 2.
Thanks

Hi Peter,
Why powerpoint slides can not be "upload and sync to my group" and will this be supported in future?
Thanks

Hi Caleb,
We cannot sync PowerPoint presentations when one gives control to PowerPoint. You'll need to manually add the PowerPoint presentation to Proclaim on the presentation machine. Please note that PowerPoint opens when you go on air with the PowerPoint slides that have been instructed to give PowerPoint control, but the application itself needs to be 'made active" by navigating to it from the presenting scree. Pressing Alt+Tab and then finding the presentation slides in one of the tiles that open will bring PowerPoint "to the front" on the presentation machine.

I came across this today when looking at running a PowerPoint file (with lots of animations) from within Proclaim.
Having to find the correct window for PPT doesn't "look professional" and will make it more difficult for our operators
Are there any plans for PPT to be made active automatically in this scenario?
Thanks, Graham
