Hi Kaleb, can you verify you're in the same presentation group on both machines? On the machine where you are being told that media has not been purchased click on the blue circle in the top-right. Below where it says "Purchase media subscriptions what does it say?
You have two groups your account is in, and only one of them has a subscription attached to it. I suspect the version of Proclaim on this machine has a group associated with it that has no attached subscriptions.
