Unable to load media or synchronize

I have attached my log file if that helps.

I am currently unable to sync the presentation across devices. The site will attempt to connect, but will then show a red exclamation point in the top-right corner with the message "a synchronization error has occurred " Also I am unable to load media. When I click "browse media" to add any graphic or video I receive another red exclamation mark with the message "unable to load media" ....

Dean, it looks like you're trying to run Proclaim on OS X 10.9 which is no longer supported. You should be able to update your OS for free but in the meantime you can install the previous version available here.

We tried to warn people of this change in the application as well as via email. My apologies if we missed you and this is coming as a surprise.
