This is a follow-up to a previous post. I was instructed to attach our log files in this message. I've tried multiple times and it keeps failing. You can grab the zipped log files at the URL below.

As a refresher, our audio on MP4 files keeps dropping out. It works fine when we sound check and rehearse. But then during church services, the audio is not there. Nothing changes on our end that we know of. The audio returns when we restart Proclaim, which is obviously a bad thing since we're doing it in the middle of services.
Help please. Thank you.
