I started my Demo of 2.0 today and am experiencing consistent crashing when attempting to run videos from the local hard drive.
System: i7 870 @ 2.93GHz; 8 GB memory; AMD Radeon 5700.
Windows 10 Home: Version 1607 Build 14393.576.
While not the newest system, it has the power to do just about anything I need. It should be adequate to run this.
Proclaim crashes immediatey when starting a video that is located on the harddrive.
Video plays fine in Windows Media Player, Groove (and Easy Worship 2009)
Disableing Hardware Accelleration prevents the crash, but the resulting video is totally unacceptable for production use.
I don't notice a spike in memory consumption prior to the crash. Overall system memory usage is fairly steady at about 50%
I am assuming that this is not normal, but there does appear to be more than a few related posts.
Are there any ideas that might help me to troubleshoot this issue? Or is this demo over at 2 hours instead of 30 days?
Thank you,
Christopher Carlson
