Crash report

While working in Logos Now, my Win 10 session crashed twice within a few minutes. Please pass these logs on to Support for analysis.

There is no evidence of a crash, so we will need the logs from Windows Event Viewer.

The .NET issue is difficult to diagnose, so it would be better to contact Tech Support directly as they can logon to your computer.

I noticed that the error was c000...0005, which is a memory problem when one application (or the same application) overwrites memory. [shrug] I'll try to run fewer apps at the same time, or maybe I'll get more memory chips for my birthday. Too late for Christmas.

The best way to get help in this situation is to call Customer Support. They can help you troubleshoot.
