HB101 Introduction to Biblical Hebrew
I recently purchased this on the Christmas sale and the audio only file never downloaded (there are four files in this product). I called support and they said that the file was only compatible with L4 and was never upgraded.
Is this true? it did not feel like the fellow new what he was talking about.
If you own this, do you have the audio only file?

I have L7 and HB101 and only have 3 of the 4 files, like you. (I use the videos, and never had a need to only play the audio portion, so the missing audio file hasn't been an issue for me.)
Other recently published courses do have audio resources in my library, so I suspect that's unrelated to L4.
You could try posting in the Mobile Ed forum, to ensure that Miles sees this, as he could figure out why the HB101 audio file isn't provided.

I'm note sure how the file could have been formatted for L4 since it was only released last month! My best guess is that it wasn't ready, and that they will release it later.

The audio resource has not been produced yet. When it is produced it will work correctly in L7.
