Slide transitions don't seem to be working

Initially all the transitions seemed to work but now, for some reason, it seems only a few are. I am using ripple, door, rotate with duration of 1.5 sec but all slides with these, seem to just zap right into place with no transition now. The auto advance times seem to be OK though. Might I be doing something wrong?

Hi Bob,

Thanks for reporting this! This looks like a bug on Windows where the custom transition is not being respected. It should be using the custom transition you see below the edit window for the service items you're seeing this on, and trump any global transition settings you have set from Settings>Presentation. We're working on fixing this.

Also, the slides I am dealing with were imported from a PowerPoint and then of course I simply set the transitions since those don't carry over. The first one works but the rest don't.

Hi, Bob, and thanks for bringing this to our attention again. This bug is on our shortlist of priority bugs to fix right now. We've reproduced the behavior you were seeing and it seems to be an issue where your custom transitions are falling back (improperly) to "No transition". Removing custom transitions in favor of a global transition is a stopgap solution until we get this fixed.

Thanks for fixing it. Don't now when we may next need it, but hopefully I'll remember, if we have any issues.
