silly question perhaps.

I use the Chicago Manual of Style, because when I cite a book that's part of a set, this seems to be the only style that gives the author of the book, its title, and then the name of the series.  Other styles won't mention the series or author of the individual book.

All of a sudden, the title of the book is coming out in blue color and underlined italics.  Where did that come from?  Never did that before.  Anyway to get it back to what it used to be?

Thank you
