I think I have posted about this here before, but it is still doing it. I have asked about it at faithlife several times as well. still no real answers.https://faithlife.com/posts/781860it's been happening more frequently. when I use OSB, it all seems to work well (though I would like to have a bit more editing control and options). however, when it is time for the presentation, about 1/3-1/2 of the time - the animation doesn't show, and it seems to be stuck on the initial "screen"/background color. I have commented about this a couple other times in the last year, but seems to still be happening. (Oh, and it's regardless of the computer used to present and or create the presentation). The only thing I can't/havent' swapped is the internet connection. it is s bit slow, but I always make sure the presentation is fully synced before starting.

Hi, Brent. Sorry about the inconvenience this has caused you; you're not the only one with this issue. We've been able to reproduce it in house and it's on our list of bugs to get fixed. I'll keep you posted when we come out with a fix for it.
any update? we have had more than a few updates in proclaim since my bug report.

I recently did some work to make the OSB more robust, and those changes have shipped with the last few updates. Are you still experiencing issues with the latest release? We added some automated error reporting to the OSB but have received only a few error reports. Any insight you can provide for reproducing this would be greatly appreciated!

so far, so good! yea! i will need to go through a couple services to get out of the habit of checking/double checking every time I use OSB to verify that it "played". trust issues, I guess. ehhehehehe
